01 — Getting started
Learn whenever it suits you
Every employee gets their own account and personal learning space. They can log in on the computer behind the desk, on a tablet in the back office or on their own phone — during a quiet moment in the shift or at home.
E-learnings take 20 to 30 minutes and combine short videos, real-world examples and a closing knowledge check. Progress is saved automatically, so a module can always be resumed exactly where it was left.
02 — Tailored per role
Role-specific expertise
Sustainability looks different in the kitchen than at the front office. The catalogue is built around themes such as energy, water, waste, circular purchasing, social practices and guest experience — with assignments translated to the daily reality of each department.
The hotel manager assigns the right modules per employee or per department and can attach a deadline. Employees see the recommendation straight away in their own dashboard, with a clear colour as the deadline approaches.
03 — Going deeper together
Monthly masterclasses
Every month there is a live masterclass with an expert from the Future Ready Hospitality Collective. Ask questions, share experiences with colleagues from other hotels and leave with concrete actions for your own property.
Registering takes one click from the agenda. Participants automatically receive a calendar invitation and reminders 5 days, 1 day and 1 hour beforehand, in their own language.
04 — Proven results
Certificates you can show
Anyone who completes a module and passes the final quiz with at least 70% automatically receives a personal certificate. It can be downloaded from 'My progress' and stays available even when a learning later leaves the catalogue.
That way you show guests, partners and auditors that your team works to sustainable standards — with evidence per employee, not just on hotel letterhead.
05 — Control for managers
Insight per employee, department and hotel
The manager dashboard shows live who started, who finished, which quiz scores were achieved and which certificates were issued. Everything exports to a formatted Excel or CSV file for your own reporting.
If your hotel belongs to a group, the group manager also gets a dedicated overview comparing hotels side by side: progress, active employees and popular courses.
